We're experiencing a higher volume of orders and so appreciate your patience while we prepare yours for shipment. During sales and/or the holidays please allow for a little extra shipping time! We strive to get your orders out as fast as possible! During the extra busy times like those mentioned above, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship!
 
**HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTE**
USPS is experiencing significant delays, so if your order is for gifting, please place it as early as possible to allow for potential delays. We will do everything we can to help, but cannot guarantee your package will arrive before 12/25.
Please remember, once your parcel leaves our hands, we cannot control its movements. We strongly suggest upgrading to priority shipping and ordering as early as possible.

We strive to get your orders shipped within 1- 3 business days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

For orders shipped within the U.S. - We estimate you'll receive your order within 3-6 business days of it's ship date. If you need your order sooner, please select an expedited shipping method.

For overnight shipping - orders must be placed by 12pm PST.

For International Orders - All international orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. We estimate you'll receive your order within 7-21 business days of its ship date. If you require express international shipping please email us at hello@im-with-the-band.com for shipping options / pricing. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the product leaves the U.S. and cannot track past the U.S. border.  

Shipping times may vary,  but we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. I'm With The Band is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered. 

Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase and are more than happy to help or answer any questions you may have in order to ensure as best we can that you'll adore your item(s)! Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions to hello@im-with-the-band.com.

To make a return or exchange please send an email to the address listed above - we will provide you with a return address. Please indicate in the subject line that it's a return or exchange and provide your order number in the e-mail. If you'd like to make an exchange, please indicate the item(s) which you'd like to replace with.

We accept returns on all full-price orders* within 5 days from the day your order is delivered. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn with original hang tags in tact and in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your return or exchange is complete. 

**All sale items and orders placed during an online promotion / flash sale are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.**

Sale offers/discounts may not be applied to past orders or combined with any other offers. All items are while supplies last. 

We are not able to accommodate order cancellations.

If there is a concern regarding damaged / defective goods please email us within 5 days of your package delivery and we'll be happy to review / address the issue.
